As members of the Project Office Co-Directors Audrey Kobayashi and Jordan Stanger-Ross, and Acting Project Manager, Anthony Auchterlonie administer and oversee all facets of the partnership. The office is located in the University of Victoria’s Centre for Asia Pacific Initiatives.
The Governance Board includes representatives of partner organizations, academics and non-academics. Its members oversee the budget and monitor the progress of the partnership toward its aims.
The Integration Board is the engine of creative and intellectual cross-fertilization within the partnership. It includes representatives of partner organizations as well as the cluster chairs, leaders of major initiatives, and representatives of each network in the partnership.
Cluster Chairs lead core areas of project activity and outputs. Chairs design, implement, and oversee activity, set milestones, and manage funds and personnel within their clusters.
Major Initiatives operate somewhat more independently of, but also in connection with, clusters and the rest of the project activity. Major Initiatives are structured by contractual arrangements for deliverables to the partnership. Currently the partnership includes a major initiative under the direction of filmmaker Susanne Tabata.
The Scholars Network invites university and community-based scholars, taking both academic and arts-based approaches, to exchange and publish research. It is the locus for scholarly writing and artistic creation.
The Supporting Partners Network invites partner organizations that have chosen to focus on specific events or activities into conversation with one another. It ensures that these partners maintain meaningful voices within the partnership.
The Nikkei Partners Network invites partner organizations with mandates in Japanese heritage communities to share their common experiences and aspirations for the partnership, to connect with one another. It also ensures that Nikkei partners maintain meaningful voices within the partnership.
The RA Network is a forum for students employed within Past Wrongs, Future Choices to share their interests and liaise with the wider partnership.
