Clement Hanami

Clement Hanami is the Vice President of Exhibitions and Art Director of the Japanese American National Museum. Responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of the major exhibits, his notable installations include Instructions to All Persons: Reflections on Executive Order 9066 (2017) and Transpacific Borderlands: The Art of Japanese Diaspora in Lima, Los Angeles, Mexico City and São Paulo (2018), reflecting the history and intersectionality of the Japanese American experience.
