Lucas Slobodticov

Lucas Slobodticov is a scholar associated with the Japan International Cooperation Agency, where he is a Global Leader for the SDGs Program (the Sustainable Development Goals). He obtained a Master’s degree from Waseda University in International Cooperation and Peacebuilding, further exploring his interest in international affairs and diverse realities.
